Rogue March Updates – UP UP UP Dates!

MARCH WORD OF THE MONTH: UP

In March, we may have some “downs.” A ball goes down. A game goes down. Life can knock

you down. But at Rogue330, we don’t stay down.

We pick each other up. We use words that build others up. We keep our heads up.

Every practice, every match, every challenge is an opportunity to Step UP!

HOW IT STARTED… HOW IT’S GOING?

Remember how it started — YOU said YES to club volleyball to grow, improve, and enjoy

being part of a team. Now it’s March. How’s it going?

Are you giving your best effort on and off the court?

Are you working to improve your skills and conditioning?

Are you staying hungry to learn and grow?

As we move into March, we will challenge ourselves and one another to STEP UP! J

FUNDRAISER 2.0: “SPONSOR A DAY IN MARCH!”

Our friends, family, teachers, coworkers, and classmates can sponsor a day on the March

calendar. How it works… Grab a calendar from Rogue in person or email and invite friends!

• March 5 = $5

• March 17 = $17

• Simple, fun, and it adds UP!

Goal: fill every date on your calendar.

Donations can be cash or Venmo to @rogue330.

Players who fill every day can raise $456+!

Give $75 to Rogue330 and keep the rest to help offset volleyball expenses. Last year, some

players raised over $500 — go get it!

50/50 RAFFLES, ONLINE PRIZES & AUCTIONS

During March, Rogue330 will host online raffles and auctions featuring prizes and gift cards

from local businesses like Old Carolina Barbecue, Romeo’s Pizza, Cane’s Chicken, Hammer &

Nails, and more. If you know a business that might donate, contact Gary at 330-685-7255.

MEDIA DAY PICTURES!

Each player receives at least one great 5×7 photo from Media Day. Families can order additional

prints or downloads (individual, team, and extra poses) through our photographer’s website.

Gary will email the gallery link and ordering info as soon as photos are ready (early March).

For senior pictures or special sessions, we recommend our Team Photographer who did an

four-month adventure! It’s a process. Each week at practice, we take two steps forward.

Each time we compete, we play 4-8 matches and TONS of opportunities, and we LOVE

when players decide to LEARN from those and get better. One step a time, we are coming.

THOUGHT FROM CLUB DIRECTOR, GARY …. Here in 2026, our world puts

enough pressure on young people. It tells them they’re not enough. It criticizes, discourages, and

tries to shrink their confidence before they know who they’re becoming.

Not here. Not at Rogue. We are FOR these girls. We are proud of them. And we are grateful

you trust us to invest in them.They are more than athletes. More than wins, stats, or skill level.

Say it to them! Every day. Every chance you get. “I’m so proud of you!”

Because before you know it, she’ll be a senior… and this season will be a memory. words. Use your time. Use this month wisely. Believe in her!! 💛
