Welcome to Rogue330 Volleyball!

Thank you for checking out our site and our club! ROGUE330 is SO PUMPED for our THIRD season as a USAV Volleyball Club for 2025-26! We are growing to SIX JO teams in the OVR (Ohio Valley Region) of USA Volleyball — two teams for 18 Regional-level, and one team for 17U, 16U, 15U and 14U.

Players at ROGUE quickly learn our “3-H” Mindset of Volleyball Greatness.. HUMBLE, HUNGRY, HUSTLE!

If you like to relax while the ball is live, we aren’t the club for you. If you like to complain about playing time or positions, we clearly aren’t the club for you. If you have an inner “FIRE” to play and improve, be a part of a positive team, and chase some wins, you might be ready to GO ROGUE with us.

Rogue330 Values:      The “5 E’s” describe our approach as a club:

Education – We are here to LEARN, TEACH, and grow in our skills.

Encouragement – We are FOR you, and FOR our teammates!

Effort   – We are here to WORK HARD, learn, and improve together!

Excellence – We aim to be the BEST coaches, players and TEAM we can be!

Enjoyment – We all LOVE VOLLEYBALL and are ready to have FUN!

Our Coaches: Rogue330 wants each of our teams to learn from multiple coaches who have recent playing and coaching experience at higher-than-Varsity levels. Our team Head Coaches for 2026 include Lauren Siegfried, Macy McCauley, Kaleigh Courtock, Kendra Courtock, and two new coaches for our 14U and 15U teams to be announced in early November.

Each Head Coach has support from at least one assistant coach, a college intern, and a PCV (Parent Connections Volunteer). Check out our staff on the Leaders page!

Our Expectations: Rogue330 is committed to developing people and players who are ready to take the next step, with humility toward others, hunger for improvement, and hustle on the court. That’s our “3H Focus – Humble, Hungry, Hustle!

Our Teams: Our teams are built through personal connections, open gyms, and even scouting local high school games. A Rogue330 team usually has 9-10 players on the roster and the occasional “part-time” player or need for a younger player to “play up” for a tournament or two.

Our Practices: We practice twice a week starting in January, but will probably have some open gyms and scrimmages in November and December! Our club hosts practices at SPIKE Sports PLEX in Canal Fulton, located at 709 Elm Ridge Ave. Practices for the upcoming 2025-26 season will take place on MONDAY and Thursday evenings, with specific times of 90 minutes for each team.

Our Tournaments: We strategically choose to enter tournaments that push our teams to play against tougher competition and help us improve gradually throughout the season. We don’t want to over-schedule or over-travel, and we value parents’ input on schedule planning and travel details. Most of our tournaments are hosted by the OVR (Ohio Valley Region of the USA Volleyball Junior Olympic division).

Our Tryouts (read: “Open Gyms”): Instead of hosting public tryouts, ROGUE330 hosts open gyms throughout the offseason for player development and competition. For our brand-new 14U SPARK team, we are hosting a tryout and open gym on Saturday, October 25th from 2-4pm. Our 15U IGNITE team will have an open gym tryout on Sunday, November 9th from 3-5pm at Spike Sports Plex in Canal Fulton. Our 16s, 17s, and 18s, may have spots available but these tryouts or conversations will be done on an individual or small-group basis. Please text or email (gary@rogue330.com) our Director and we would love to hear from you!

Our Costs: Season Fees include tournaments, practices, coaches, some team gear and at least one team fun event during the season.  Our basic Season Fee for players ages 16U team and up for the 2025-26 season is $1,535 for full-time players. Each team may have additional costs for first-year player jerseys and/or backpacks, and we work with each player/family on this.

Our 14U and 15U teams will play more locally and their season fee is $950 for full-time players, which includes their jersey and backpack.

We offer financial assistance and scholarship opportunities for players and families with unique circumstances and we are grateful for donors and sponsors who make that possible! We also do 3-4 fun and competitive fundraisers throughout the course of the season, to help your family make money back or contribute to others in the club!

Are you interested?  We would LOVE to hear from you.  If you have any questions or would like to take a next step and pursue joining one of our teams, please e-mail our Director, Gary Underwood at gary@rogue330.com.  Or better yet, text him at 330-685-7255!
